About Me
Ernestina Anim, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore life’s challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward lasting emotional wellness.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I work with clients using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to their individual needs. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, life transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem or emotional regulation. I believe therapy is not only about symptom reduction, but also about building insight, resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, volunteering, relaxing at the beach, exploring new restaurants, traveling, listening to music, and spending time in nature. I value balance, personal growth, laughter, and meaningful connection, and I strive to bring those same qualities into the therapeutic relationship.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to support clients as they move toward healing, clarity, and personal transformation.
